Domestic shipping starts at $7.25 for Economy (5-8 business days) and $9.99 for Standard (3-4 business days). International Standard shipping is $29.95 (6-12 business days). Oversized items incur an additional $150 shipping fee.
Yes! Orders $50 and over qualify for free Economy shipping (5-8 business days).
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes with no indication of the contents.
Unfortunately, we cannot update addresses once a shipping label has been created. If your order is returned due to an address error, we can reship it for $7.25 or cancel it for store credit.
Yes! In-store pickup is available at our locations. Please collect your order within seven days, or it will be canceled for store credit. You can designate an alternate pickup person in the Order Notes when placing your order.
Orders not collected within seven days will be automatically canceled and you'll receive store credit.
Yes, we offer international shipping at $29.95 for Standard International delivery (6-12 business days).
Yes! If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations after 24 hours will receive full store credit via a gift card. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they've shipped.
