Defective & Unsatisfactory Products
We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers! If you have reached out to the manufacturer in regards to a defective product and haven't heard back, you will be issued a full store credit! If you find a product to be unsatisfactory, you will be issued a full store credit.*

- Item must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- ALL toys must be clean and in the original package
- ALL lingerie must be unworn and unused with tags attached or in the original packaging
Lingerie and Shoes
Lingerie, shoes, and clothing returns will only be accepted if they are unworn with the tags still on. We withhold the right to refuse any returns.
Exclusions
Under no circumstances will we return or exchange dolls, molds, or any non-functional male masturbator, breast molds/forms/enhancers.
Under no circumstances will we return or exchange any used items (must have no smell or dirty spots).
Under no circumstances will we return or exchange any fishnet lingerie, hosiery, panties, shoes or anything that has clearly been worn or has an odor.
